Pro-Environmental Behaviour Change Campaigns

Research from the behavioural sciences and communication is providing fresh insights into the way people can be encouraged to ‘do the right thing.’

‘Awareness-raising’ can only go so far. Our methods, based on social psychology, communication and the diffusion of innovation theory enable people to take on new pro-active habits and practices more easily.

The aim is to encourage behaviour change to become embedded as a social norm in the organisation or community. The process requires time and perseverance, adequate budget, and the right planning, facilitation and implementation skills.

The outcomes are long-term positive change, less need for compliance enforcement, happier people and healthier environments.
